When you arrive for your child's first visit, please bring, or be prepared to complete and sign the required insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your child's dental care. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will help us get to know your child. We will also provide information to help you get acquainted with our office.
Please set aside one hour for this first visit. Oral hygiene and preventive care instruction will be provided along with individual suggestions to help care for your child's teeth. In most cases, we will also clean and polish your child's teeth during this visit and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental concerns, problems, and proposed treatment. Of course, we look forward to discussing any questions or concerns you may have about your child's oral health.
